Church Survey Options There are currently four survey options from which to choose. Designed to help you in overall ministry management. A health snap-shot of your congregation made up of evaluations of specific ministry areas such as: worship, fellowship, the average Christian's spiritual life and relationship to the church, the congregation's level of education, age-specific programs, internal ministries, community penetration, community perceptions, leadership, handling of finances, facility, even why they chose your church. Decision-making summaries With a focus on the decisions you seek to make with the survey information, we have designed a comprehensive series of decision-making summaries. These summaries give the background and perspective needed for you to make accurate and informed decisions. Some of the useful summaries provided include: people-groups summaries; mission-accomplishment; how you're doing in: the 5 dimensions of church growth; in the 12 keys to successful ministry; in the eight quality characteristics of Natural Church Development; in balancing worship; growth and outreach; in capital campaign readiness; as well as general strengths and concerns. Designed to guide church leaders into specific ministry and outreach planning. While the focus of the Ministry Management Survey is upon overall ministry evaluation, the focus of the Personal Profile Survey is on the spiritual life, personal ministry needs and strengths found within your congregation. A profile of the typical person within your church is built from the information gathered from your congregation. You will also learn what specific and personal needs are and aren't being met within your congregation. This information will enable you to design or tailor specific ministries to meet real needs. Based on the belief that God has brought you these needs, you can then use these programs to penetrate the community by meeting their same needs. This information comes from an evaluation of individual's relationship with God, with the church, with others, an understanding of their friendships (Christian and non-Christian), their spiritual life, the types of things through which God has helped them and their desires for training. Ministry Management, Personal Profile Combo This combination of two instruments is for the church that is on an aggressive planning schedule - both in overall direction-setting and in developing specific ministry initiatives. As with the above versions, this survey also includes a Percept, Inc. MAP / COMPASS detailed demographic report of your community.
Ministry Management, Christian School Combo This instrument is designed to be used in conjunction with standard school surveys. It includes a complete school survey, and a complete church survey (Ministry Management Survey), with the additional measurement of how individuals within the church view the Christian school. It also helps determine why some parents of school-aged children within the church have chosen not to enroll in the church's Christian school. This instrument will give you a very clear understanding of how to better market your school within your own church, and within other churches in your community. If there are any difficulties in the relationship between church and school this will quickly start you on the road to a healthy cooperative relationship. This survey also includes a Percept, Inc.
